Upon reviewing your booking, our records indicate that our representative Linden contacted our transfer provided, and they confirmed a delay on their end .Unfortunately, it appears you had already arranged alternative transport due to the extended wait. We understand the frustration this situation must have caused, especially after a delayed flight, and we regret any added stress it may have caused you both.
