Basic .Wewere told we would get. “Pack’ on arrival giving us info. About our holiday. This turned out to be one sheet of card with a few numbers on it. What did they mean ? Transfer ok. Rooms fine .

Fantastic holiday
This was a perfect break and everything went really well.
When I telephoned Channel islands Direct it did take me a while to get through sometimes and I emailed instead and received a good response....

Excellent value with CI Direct, hotel average
CI Direct is excellent value but should update its web booking. Why do you need to phone to confirm?
