We were very happy with the holiday service, bar the transport. Twice we were kept waiting and getting forgotten at Jersey ferry port late at night was absolutely no fun.

Overall a well organised holiday with good customer service. There was a mix up with our return date but this was dealt with promptly.

Lovely trip to Guernsey
A very well organised trip. Everything was good, flight transfer and the Richmond hotel was excellent. The hotel was spotless and we were up graded to a superior room.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused with regards to your transfers and assure you that we have addressed this low level of service with the relevant people and the appropriate action has been implemented to ensure a similar situation does not arise again in the future.
We understand it is never pleasant when flights do not operate as scheduled and on this occasion due to the weather conditions the airline took the decision to cancel the flight.
