Thank you for your feedback regarding your booking you made via our website. Flights are subject to availability and if the times shown were not suitable there is an option to change them. If the alternatives are still not suitable we provide a freephone telephone number on the website where you can speak to a member of staff about the options available. Once a booking is made we also provide a live chat service on the website where again you can speak to a staff member, or alternatively the telephone number for our Customer Services and an email address. We provide information about the costs of the phone calls on our brochures. Regarding the additional costs you incurred, because you had a confirmed booking and wanted to change the return flight any costs would be passed onto you.
