Friendly service
I saw the deal on Travelzoo and thought it was too late but rang them direct to check. They were so helpful and really look after you. Best travel agent I have dealt with..

Customer communication was not the best
We were not informed that our Sunday flight from EXETER airport had been cancelled before we arrived at the airport. We were then bused to Bristol for an alternative flight.
