Service was excellent and we were kept well informed at all stages. Website was very easy to use and we would not hesitate to use again.

Good holiday and lovely hotel but let down by poor transfers.
Phone booking was straightforward and the customer service advisor was helpful and efficient. Somerville hotel was lovely but would recommend a room with a sea view.
