Thank you for your message, I am so sorry that you weren't satisfied with the product. Not every customer sees changes in their dog within three weeks and sometimes it can take up to two months for itching and scratching to stop. We do also recommend a grain free diet as dogs intolerance to grains can also cause itching and scratching, because of their sensitive digestion. I'm sorry to hear there was no change in your dogs. How long were you feeding the food for? It is designed to be a long term food that can be fed alone, and it can take a couple of months for the active calming ingredients in the food to take effect.
