4 weeks until items were shipped! Emails weren’t responded to. Online order status showed order in progress but no details to its delay. Apparently they don’t stock anything and don’t let you know...

Jenn, Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent shopping experience. It looks like we tried to call you after the order was placed, but the phone number provided was invalid. The parts ordered are normal stocking items, however they are also very popular and at the time you ordered we were waiting for more to arrive. Hopefully we can make things better for future orders.

Part came faster than expected. Excited to get the shifter installed. The instructions for installation could be larger. Several of the parts for installation came preassembled which made it easier...

I like that they are close enough that ground shipping is usually one day and usually have what i need in stock. If they don’t have what i need in stock i sometimes feel they push other brands only...
