Hello, we're sorry for the shipping delay on your order and not notifying you. UNfortunately, we received your order during a peak demand for the spill kit you ordered and sold out. We do our best to ship backorders the same day that replenishment arrives, but apologize that you didn't receive a notification that it wouldn't ship faster. We hope you'll consider us in the future, thank you for your feedback!
