Thanks for bringing this up. It sounds like you'll want to confirm the parts are in fact installed correctly according to the instructions. I spoke with my customer service reps and it does sound like we've sent over supplemental information to ensure the parts are installed correctly. Best of luck with your install, we've found Eibach to be quite accurate with their recommendations and stated lift heights.

We're sorry for the unexpected issues. Unfortunately we just don't always pick the right shipping method on our end. We always hope that our customers with more specific shipping requirements contact us first, but totally understand that in the modern era we can't expect all customers to provide us with their exact shipping requirements. I would also recommend that you might want to give the post office a forwarding address for your physical address to the PO box, as that could prevent this happening in the future but understand if you choose not to for privacy reasons.
