Communication and shipping were prompt and professional. I especially liked the Accountability shown by listing the names of the packing team.

I had some questions and their customer service called me right away and were very cool people. Made the purchase on some rims and they were at my front door the next day.
Perfect, said the item would ship a little later than they thought but got it really quick. Great product and easy to work with.

Hi, sorry to hear your frustration. We've been growing a lot this year, as have many of our vendors. The lead times on many items have been somewhat unpredictable, causing us to occasionally over-estimate. As a precaution, we make it a practice to notify our customers. Unfortunately sometimes the order gets into process and we're unable to get it cancelled in time before shipment. I just checked my records and it looks like this order did in fact ship within 3 days. We'll try to do better next time.
I didn't complain when I received an email.saying they were on back order. They still came in faster than Poly performance projected. They fir my 2020 F150 perfectly thank you.
