Fast ship was great, Price was fair but item I wanted was not a item listed as receiving a black Friday or cyber Monday discount. Item is a awesome item though. I have ordered from them before.

Thanks for your feedback. Many manufacturers are currently behind on production due to increased demand but we try our best to keep an open line of dialogue with our customers as we get updates. Typically we have much much faster delivery times, but for whatever reason the item you ordered was delayed this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and we will do better next time.

Very dissatisfied with this axle. It only has about 100 miles of trail riding and the ear is egg shaped. Hopefully nitro will warranty it out.
