After a month I had to follow up with Poly to see what was taking so long to receive confirmation for shipping. Come to find out I had ordered the wrong parts and Poly recommended the parts I needed....
All the items I selected were not marked as out of stock, as some on their site are. Day after ordering, I was informed they'd be delaying shipment 3 weeks for 1 smaller item to be back in stock....

Thanks for taking the time to leave honest feedback. We try our best to keep items on the shelf but unfortunately we have had issues recently with one of the brands you ordered. Small parts are normally sent to us as part of larger stocking orders and in rare cases these can be delayed for many different reasons. Feel free to contact us if you ever have concerns about your order or want to know what we have in stock in the moment. Hopefully we will be more satisfactory on future orders.

Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with your recent order. We try our best to contact customers if items are backordered, but occasionally things do not go as planned due to a variety of reasons. It is especially hard to give accurate shipping estimates these days since many of our brands are also facing supply issues and shipping delays.
