Thank you for your feedback. I can see from looking at your order that you have been issued with a full refund due to the unacceptable issues you faced with the fit of your covers. I am very sorry for the huge inconvenience that this has caused. It is very rare that we have to offer our customers a full refund and I am very sorry that this is one of those occasions.
With regards to the use of ‘fitting foams’, we do provide these to our Consultants as a technique to aid in the overall fit of the loose covers. Thank you for your feedback. I was very sorry to read that the covers did not fit when they were delivered to you. Unfortunately this issue was never brought to our attention, but please be assured that had we been aware of the problem at the time, we would have brought the covers back to Head Office to be altered by our team.
