After 5 attempts and 5 months, I still don't have a cover for the footstall that actually fits! Every time it has been completely wrong. There is no way I would ever recommend Plumbs.

Thank you for your comments. We was extremely disappointed to read the issues you have faced with the covers for your footstool. We have put in a request for your Home Consultant to come back you to inspect your covers and I have asked that your order being treated with the upmost importance. The delays you have been subjected to are completely unacceptable and we really cannot apologise enough.
