The service was good, our local consultant came quickly, measured and took our order.
The covers were delivered at the time we were told they would be, BUT they did not fit so they were taken away...

Firstly, we would like to apologise for the issues you have had with the fit of your covers. The fact that you are still not happy with the fit of your covers is a major concern. We have put in a request to your Home Consultant to come back and take a look at your covers and see what needs to be done to improve the fit.
