Covers nice, service (and price) poor.

Malcolm not flexible / customer focussed, or even aware that women work. Asked for delivery first thing, agreed at 9-9.30, then phoned with traffic delay that would have been 10.30-11 so agreed to...

I never received a response from Plumbs despite the issues raised and being advised that my feedback is important. It's hard to give lower than 1 star, but I am even unhappier with the service provided.

Thank you for your message with regards to your previous feedback. I wish to inform you that as per our previous response, instructions were given that the information you supplied would be passed onto the Head of Sales, as part of our internal process and our apologies were expressed. Once again, please accept our apologies that you feel your expectations have not been met and that you felt the hand shake was preformed in a dominating way.

My complaint was twofold: the consultant's attitude, inability to turn up, lateness and behaviour; coupled with the trebling of cost since I last used Plumbs. To restate this as merely a dominating handshake (poor snowflake me) will only make anyone reading this (especially women) aghast at such a patronising response and poor service. It seems Plumbs wants to destroy its own reputation without any help from me, but to reiterate I'm extremely dissatisfied with Plumbs and advise anyone to look elsewhere
