We're sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations and that you have been unhappy with the service and products. It is to my understanding that this has been dealt with by the Management Team, and has been recognised by the refund which has been processed. Unfortunately, due to GDPR we do not store card details and our automated care payment provider, holds the card information within the secure system for up to 6 months. Once again, please accept our apologies that your order did not meet the quality standards and for any upset this caused.
As previously stated the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
