Delayed response to initial enquiry. Pleasant representative on visit. Poor after sales and lack of communication re non satisfaction with hanging style and appearance of curtains.

It would seem that the agent dealing with our curtain order has been unwell and not at work. She has now recovered and been to remedy the problem we had. Thereby there is no longer any problem.
