We're really sorry to hear that due to recent changes which took place in October 2024, resulted in delays and disappointment. We have transitioned and I can confirm that the Business has successfully made changes to avoid delays of such, moving forward. It's disappointing to hear that you will not do business with us again, and can only apologise for any upset caused.
