Good prices, excellent friendly customer service. Part of the delivery arrived broken but they bent over backwards to send replacement FOC via quickest possible method.........textbook stuff!

guaranteed next day delivery didnt arrive when products were needed
i called help desk and was told someone would call back. no one did

Hello, I am sorry you had a poor experience. I can see from our records that you ordered at 5.15pm (Thursday) for a next day delivery. Unfortunately we have a 3:30pm cut off for next day orders and so the parts were sent out the next day (Friday) for delivery on the Monday. Our message service took your call on the Saturday and by the time we came in on Monday and had gone through the weekends calls your parts had been delivered. If you were unable to use the parts I would be happy to arrange their collection and a full refund.
