I have tried to contact you by phone (leaving messages) and email about this issue but unfortunately have not been able to contact either you or anyone at your company. We have looked through our records in great detail, and cannot find any reference, with regards to incorrect/replacement parts sent, or contact from yourselves after the initial order was sent out. I can only assume that you are confusing plasticpipeshop.co.uk, with another company that you have had bad service from, and have mistakenly applied this comment here.
