Good Morning, Thank you for completing the feedback request and thank you for renewing your policy with us last week. On receipt of any feedback both positive and negative we will investigate who was involved, look at your policy notes and listen to calls between yourself and our staff. Following this investigation and speaking to your renewal advisor we cannot see any issues you have raised with us either recently or during the policy term. We have therefore tried to contact you this morning to obtain some more information and detail so that we can assure you over any concerns you may have and if necessary deal with any issues. The comments made cannot be linked to anything on the system and as you have renewed we cannot currently understand the reasons behind them.
