We have had confirmation from the manager of this site that they have contacted you to let you know that they will be sending a refund of your deposit to you by post. Thank you for your feedback. Pitchup.com has just launched a full payment option for UK sites which we are encouraging listings to adopt to make booking and paying for a holiday through Pitchup.com easier. We hope to make this option available to non-UK sites in the near future. Pitchup.com
