I found the site really easy to use & will use again. I did have a mix up with them regarding whether or not the site were aware of booking. It turns out they were and all was well. They just needed to know if I were in tent, van etc... & what size as I had not confirmed this. Really good communication between site, pitch up & myself.

I made a booking pitchup took my deposit and said I had £5.95 left to pay…

I made a booking pitchup took my deposit and said I had £5.95 left to pay I then get an email from the campsite to say I in fact owe £30.95! Not happy at all. My friends have also booked this site...

The issue I had in relation to the booking was no fault of Pitchup rather the campsite I was booking through them. Pitchup dealt with the issue brilliantly and kept me fully updated throughout and resolved the problem. I would not hesitate to use their service again and highly recommend them.
