Considering the order said that it will be dispatched within 3 weeks, it arrived within the 3 weeks and was here before the new school year started. I have not had an issue to report to customer...

I was kept up to date re: delivery and the options to alter and adapt delivery was really useful.
Lead time was good, especially with the adaptions I made to my purchases.
