Thanks for this feedback Tracey - we really do appreciate the honesty. We do actually offer this course in the classroom as well (launched this year), but do understand your point about online training. One of the challenges we have with this particular course is the regulations haven't significantly changed in this area for several years, so we are limited a little in how much we can ask when it comes to questions. That being said, we're in the process of reviewing some of the training material for this particular course, so will be making some significant updates in the coming months.
