While I've yet to make a claim (hopefully won't have to ) , the person I spoke to on the phone was brilliant and the website is easy to use.

I have always found Petplan to be informative and helpful without being too 'pushy'.

Easy to navigate website, with good choice of policies. Arrival of documents slow after purchase.
