I have only recently taken out this policy and have not yet had a reason to use it so feel its a bit premature to rate it. However taking out the policy and receiving the documents has been hassle...

Excellent service and information provided

Very good company to be insured with. Although they are abit expensive. But they took me back after leaving them which I appreciated. And they have always covered me, if I put in a claim. X

Good clear comms from the staff and covers everything i need.

It's really good service wouldn't use any other pet insurer.

I am extremely satisfied so far with the Petplan I have taken. The experience was positive and dealt with quickly and professionally.

I had to chase up the policy documents as they were not sent out. It took a long time to get them. Puppy is a GSD and I was told that as I run a pub she cannot be insured for liability if she bites...

Have to wait and see.
