Effective customer support

I found Petplan to be very helpful.

up to now we have not received any documentation with regards to the plan and we are paying for the cover.

I haven't received any confirmation or start up pack since joining pet plan. I haven't had and "recent experience" with you to leave feedback. I wasn't even sure until now that I was being covered.

Pleasant to deal with. Quick payment on claims we have made so far. On the loss of our previous cat, Bosley, it would have been nice if someone at Petplan could have completed the relevant claim...

I was very pleased with how quickly petplan dealt with my recent claim, thank you.
