Didn't receive a phine back when arranged. Had to spend ages on phone waiting for your call centre to sort issue out with underwriter. Phone call cost me lots of money!

I have just taken out insurance with Petplan. It was simple and quick.

Friendly knowledgable staff

Petplan pretty efficient and liked the money off for a referral from dsughter

ive not actually had to deal with you yet other than setting up a new insurance

Every thing was explained in detail to me before i signed up/

The person I spoke to was helpfull and polite

the answers are found to questions and they pay promtly when needed .

Contact over phone was excellent. Cannot rate petplan as I a new customer. Depends how much the premiums increase each year etc. Hopefully I will never have to claim.

I found Pet Plan is a well run organisation, I phoned up to Pet Plan and a very polite Asian lady answered the call with extreme patients as my hearing is not so good over the phone she went through...
