Found the difference in the policies easy to understand and it was explained very well

While pet plan wasn't the cheapest quote I received I choose to go with you because you are a well known company who I trust, should anything happen to my dog.

Very helpful. Explained policies well and offered me a 2 months for free deal on my insurance. Also made me aware that I could claim money back from a previous policy that I wasn't aware of.
