I am happy with the service as I have used Petplan before. Only thing is that I have not yet received any paperwork!

I have only just taken out this policy so I don't really know if it is good or not, I chose to continue petplan having got an introductory month included when I took my rescue dog from the dogs...

My phone conversation with the representative as very good but she confused me a little at the end. A week on I still have not received any information by post about my policy.
