Good telephone service with everything explained in full detail to be sure we were taking out the right policy for our dog. Good communication with all involvement since.
Phone conversation needed to include a lot of information, so a little rushed. Documents took a while to arrive; about 7 days. It would be good to manage customer expectations on this.
It was hard to understand the man on the phone due to a very strong accent, however he was very helpful and i got the cover that was best suited to my dogs needs. I am still waiting for the paperwork...
