As of to day (23rd January) we have not received paperwork.

The service was quick, simple and straightforward, plus very reasonable although not the cheapest I felt it offered my puppy the best cover .

My rabbit was ill and had to have X-ray and blood test and then had to be put to sleep pletplan paid my vet so I did not have to worry about the cost. Thank you

All options were explained, very helpful.

The customer service rep was very friendly, helpful and professional in his approach to my business. My only criticism would be that I have not received any documentation regarding my policy...

I really dont know yet. Some of your telephone sales people arent brilliant but i am told your sevice is excellent so we shall wait and se. Hopefully I wont be in a position to test this as my puppy...

Great value for money and offered a better level of cover for my dog than companies listed following a comparison site search.

Highly recommended by both sides of the family, swapped cover from PDSA to be with petplan - hope ur as good as they say if I need you!
