The young lady we spoke to, (Gina, if I remember correctly), was extremely helpful, sympathetic and efficient and would be a credit to any company she worked for.

I felt that the customer experience was quite good and there seemed to be plenty of time to discuss options. I reflected afterwards that the whole transaction was both professional and positive.
