Just been reading some comments it is a long time since I last had insurance with pet plan so I hope they are as good now as they were then.
also when I sold my puppies they always went with puppy cover so they were insured the day you took them home. I am rating this to when I used them 20 years ago.
As I am lucky I have never had to have a claim.
My only niggle is their call centre staff stick to their script. And it often takes long to get the answer you want because of it. Please just answer...

Very friendly and knowldegeable telephone operator.
I do not have enough info to comment as I have yet to need your services for pet treatment. Your policy sounds fine but implementation has yet to be experienced.
