Quick response and payment. Cover everything they say they will and pay promptly. Had 4 dogs insured with them and it really gives you peace of mind. just insured my new puppy with them!
Not happy with having to wait until claim reaches £500 before I can claim from Petplan. It’s very difficult managing a dogs illness and this adds to the burden,

Really bad service got the go ahead for my cat to have a operation when me and the vets ring them then they tell the vets that they are not paying for it with out even informing me when I ring them 3...
