Once prescriptions are received, our team generally requires up to two working days to review and approve them. In this instance, I can see that both prescriptions were approved on 25 July, and your order was then dispatched promptly on 26 July. I appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating, and I hope this provides some clarity around the timescales involved with your order.
