I have just bought the policy but the real test comes if a claim is made. However, so far I have no reason to give anything less than 5 stars as my experience so far with the customer support team...

Nice and easy
It was really easy to arrange the insurance policy. The premium is competitive and I like the idea that I only had to insure the bicycle.

Fantastic service. Very reasonable prices, and when I had my bike stolen, they paid out within days, no quibble. They even agreed to insure me again the next year at a discount.
