Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the performance of the helium canister. Latex balloons generally have a float time of 6 to 8 hours, but this can vary depending on factors such as inflation size, room temperature, and exposure to sunlight or drafts. However, if they only floated for about an hour, that’s certainly not the result we would expect either. We do appreciate you sharing your experience — especially as a balloon artist — and will be passing this feedback on to our supplier for review.
