I cannot see that this has been reported to us prior to leaving feedback today,it is very rare we encounter any quality issues with our products so please accept our apologies on this, I have e-mailed you personally to hopefully work towards a resolve on this today.

Furthe to my comment where the balloons were bursting, I was extremely impressed by the swift response and how this was sorted out, I would not hesitate using Delights again, customer service was very very good.
