Very bad experience. Nobody came to collect my parcels even though I have paid for next day collection. It has been 4 days and nothing yet. Not to mention that there is no chat or phone to customer...

A4 letters sent abroad, all custom and duties where paid before courier even collected. However when delivering the letters they charged duties and fees on top again. Not professional at all.

Great Price and Service

Far to complicated and long winded to send a parcel without much of a saving, the Post Office is the better option.
