Very detailed and clear instructions. Very satisfied with speed and communication

Could not be better.

By far the best prices and they use FedEx which is a great courier in my region at least

Super easy to use, quick and efficient. The experience was much smoother than going on the actual shipping company’s website.

Easy to use service

The range of options was extensive and I ended up paying less for a relatively speedy service than if I had taken my parcel to the Post Office.

I had to arrange a parcel to be picked up from Italy when living in London. Excellent experience. Easy instructions even for a 75 year old.

I didn't get served. Waited all day, courier never arrived. Went to chat function, basically they couldn't do anything out of hours. Weren't concerned unless you are let down twice. I had to rebook...

That was very good, the lady driver came to my home to collect the boxes.
