Very good compact camera with 30x optical lens
Quality product at a fair price delivered on time.

This is a very unusual occurrence (to have missing accessories) but no less frustrating for you. I have asked my colleagues in Customer Care to obtain an accurate date of delivery for the missing rack, if this is not imminent we will look at other solutions for you.
