I bought a replacement shaver foil and blade at a good price and it was delivered in a few days.

Not a good experience
When ordering a product from Panasonic their staff followed their routines but when there was an issue they weren't able to help and cost me £30 more than the original offer.

On the 12th March we emailed you a discount voucher to match the one you missed when your original order failed - I can see that you used a different discount code when you placed your order though (a lower value discount). I've just refunded you the £32 difference.
