Friendly helpful service. My size in the item I wished to purchase was not available. The shop assistant ordered the size from another store which arrived in store a few days later.

I went to the store an hour before closing with a specific pack in mind and explained my intended hike. The service person showed me several options that I hadn’t considered or were aware of that...

I was very pleased with the service I received. The person servicing me explained all I needed to know about backpacks, suggesting correct size and how to adjust all the straps for comfort.

Went out of their way to be helpful. Very knowledgeable about their products. Didn't try to sell me something I really didn't need.
