Following my complaint, Ossur acted extremely quickly to rectify the problem. 10 out of 10 for their response, and I am very happy with the correct product that I have now obtained. I thank Ossur for allowing me to return the wrong product that I ordered in error.

Good price. Googled names from labels and over the moon to find original manufacturer to get replacement. Wash them on 30* quick 15 minute cycle and leave on a chair to dry. Superb to be zbld to...
