We live in Belgium and delivery was quite slow (over 3 weeks). Don't know if you can do anything about this or if I should complain to the Belgian Custom/postal delivery service.

Thank you for your feedback. According to my system it was dispatched on the Friday and delivered on the Tuesday. SO it was delivered in 2 working days which is the right service for Belgium.

really fast shipping. original saya with some minor damages, BearArm responded immediately and replaced it with a new one. excellent customer service, recommendable.
They had server problem, so my order late one week, however we stayed in tuch between, and after the order server fault, the sword arrived safely, they solved the problem!
