Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, and I am sincerely sorry for the terrible experience you had with this order.
You are completely right to be disappointed. While courier losses are out of our direct hands once parcels leave our warehouse, a 12-day wait without the items you ordered is completely unacceptable.
As confirmed in our emails, I have processed a full refund for your order. We are actively investigating this failure with Evri's management team, as this is nowhere near the standard of service we expect for our customers.
I appreciate your patience throughout the process, and I apologise again for the frustration caused.
